The company was founded and registered in April 2018 as a legal entity in the Central Registry of the Republic of North Macedonia. The headquarters of the company and the production facility for extraction are in Skopje, while the production capacity to produce medical cannabis flowers is in Spanchevo municipality of Cheshinovo-Obleshevo.

ECC PHARM Skopje is the first company in North Macedonia to export dried medicinal cannabis flowers to Germany and the first company to obtain a German GMP certificate.

The main product of ECC PHARM Skopje is the production of dried cannabis flower for medical purposes with different concentrations of cannabinoids depending on the needs and wishes of customers, as well as primary extract and pharmaceutical dosage forms in the form of oil solution packaged according to customer requirements.

The products of ECC PHARM Skopje are manufactured following GACP and GMP standards and thus ensure that the products meet the requirements for quality, safety, and efficiency. They stand out and differ from other medical cannabis products, because the extraction is performed from a natural raw material flower, without the presence of organic solvents. They have a full spectrum of action on the receptors of the endocannabinoid system in the body and thus allow balancing the overall physical functions of the body, reducing the feeling of pain and reducing the body’s reaction to injury or inflammation.
